BEFORE & AFTER CARE
LASH EXTENSION
BEFORE APPOINTMENT:

Come in for a patch test 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure you do not have an allergic reaction.

Arrive freshly showered with clean hair and wear comfortable clothing. Make sure you remove your contacts and do not wear any makeup, moisturizers, or sunblock around the eye area prior to your appointment. Mascara should not be used three days prior to application. Leave your lashes as natural as possible. This means no curling your lashes the day of application. Eye infections must be cleared prior to your appointment.

AFTER CARE:
Avoid any unnecessary contact with steam or water for the first 48 hours after application.
LASH LIFT

BROW TINT

Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid tweezing or plucking your brows at least 1 week prior to treatment. Also avoid swimming and washing your hair and eye area before your appointment or fading of the tint may occur. Do not use exfoliating products on the face, as this may also cause the treatment to fade.

AFTER CARE:
Avoid any unnecessary contact with steam or water for the first 24 hours after tinting.
HENNA BROWS
BEFORE APPOINTMENT:

For a blissful experience, wear comfortable clothing. Make sure you remove your contacts. Wash your face and do not wear any makeup, moisturizers, or sunblock around the eye and brow area prior to your appointment.

AFTER CARE:
Avoid any unnecessary contact with steam or water for the first 48 hours after installation. Do not go in direct sunlight for the next 24-48 hours. Avoid chemical exfoliants, peels, and swimming for the next 3 days.
BROW LAMINATION
BEFORE APPOINTMENT:

Wear comfortable clothing. Do not use exfoliants, retinoids, or AHA products for at least 1 to 2 weeks before your appointment. Avoid tweezing or plucking your brows at least 1 week prior to treatment. Do not wear makeup, moisturizers, or sunblock around the eye area prior to your appointment.

AFTER CARE:
For best results avoid any unnecessary contact with steam or water for the first 48 hours after your appointment. Do not use oil based products, apply heavy creams, makeup, or makeup remover after application. Try not to sleep directly on your brows.
FACIALS
BEFORE APPOINTMENT:

Wash your face and wear comfortable clothing. Make sure you remove any makeup, moisturizers, or sunblock from the face prior to your appointment. Avoid any strong at-home and exfoliation treatments at least a week before treatment. Avoid excessive sunlight and tanning beds at least 1 week prior to your appointment. Let us know about any skin conditions you've had in the past or any medication you may be on that could affect your treatment.

AFTER CARE:
Try not to shower immediately afterwards. If you must wait at least 6 hours so the serums and products have time to take effect. Avoid heavy makeup and strong facial products like retinoids and exfoliators for at least 1 week after treament. Do not work out directly after your treatment and avoid prolonged sun exposure.
DERMAPLANING
BEFORE APPOINTMENT:

Wear comfortable clothing. Make sure you remove any makeup, moisturizers, or sunblock prior to your appointment. Do not shave before your appointment and make sure there are no open wounds. Do no use retinols or exfoliants 5 days before your appointment. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Avoid facials, exfoliating procedures, and skin peels 2 weeks prior to treatment.

AFTER CARE:
Avoid sun exposure and heat by wearing protective clothing and sunscreen at least 3 days after treatment. Do not swim and avoid chlorine. Do not use scrubs or exfoliants 1 week after your appointment. Instead nourish the skin with moisturizers and serums.
CHEMICAL PEEL
BEFORE APPOINTMENT:

For the best experience, wear comfortable clothing. Make sure you do not use depilatories, electrolysis, or wax hair hair from the face 5 days prior to your appointment. Avoid any hair dying treatments including tinting of the brows. Avoid skincare treatments like facials, masks, or exfoliating before your appointment. Do not tan or expose yourself to prolonged sun exposure at least 2 week prior to your appointment. If you are using acne treatments such as Renova, Differin, Tazorac, Avage, EpiDuo or Ziana you will need to stop use 5 days prior to treatment. Avoid the use of asprin, retinoids, AHA, and BHA treatments 7 to 10 days before your appointment. Do not go to the gym 24 hours before and make sure to use sunblock.

AFTER CARE:
Avoid any retinoids and glycolic acid 10 days after your peel and use a protective moisturizer. You may peel or experience redness. Do not peel or pick at the peeling skin. Your skin may feel tight or hot but do not apply ice or water to the treated skin. Avoid using makeup the day of your procedure. Do not participate in activities that increase body heat and sweat. Avoid drinking alcohol, exercising, hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, hot showers, swimming, or drying hair with a blow dryer. Make sure to use sunblock 30 SPF or higher. Do not use depilatories, electrolysis, or wax hair hair from the face 5 days after to your appointment. Avoid the use of retinols and glycolic acids for 10 days post peel. Do not use scrubs, loofahs, exfoliating sponges or other means of mechanical exfoliation on your face for 7-10 days. Delay the use of Renova, Differin, Tazorac, Avage, EpiDuo or Ziana, and Tretinoin for at least 5 days after your treatment. DO NOT have another chemical peel until your clinician advises you to.
PERMANENT BROWS
BEFORE APPOINTMENT:

Important: This treatment is not for clients who are pregnant, nursing, diabetic, undergoing chemotherapy, had Botox 2 weeks prior, used Accutane or steroids 6 months prior, had an organ transplant, have epilepsy, have active skin conditions, or are sick with cold or flu-like symptoms. We will not be able to tattoo over and blemishes sores or moles around the brow area.
Wear comfortable clothing. If you have an ideal shape in color in mind please feel free to bring in references. You may also fill your brows as you normally do so we can take the shape you desire into consideration. Do not use any vitamin A, exfoliators, or glycolic acid prior to your appointment. All brow waxing and shaping treatments should be done 2 days before treatment. Brow tinting should be done 1 week prior to the day of the procedure. Botox and fillers should be done 2 weeks prior to your appointment. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, fish oil, vitamin E, aspirin, niacin, and ibuprofen 48 hours before treatment.

AFTER CARE:
Avoid excessive sweating for the first 10 days. Avoid direct contact with water. Do not use oil based products on your brows, especially Vaseline. Do not use, makeup, creams, and moisturizers for the first 10 days. Avoid , hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, hot showers, or swimming. Do not get facial massages, skin treatments, or use exfoliants while your brows are healing. Avoid the use of retinoids, AHA, and BHA treatments after your appointment. Do not use laser light therapy. If you need a touch up please allow 4 weeks to heal before booking. For long-term care it is suggested that you use sunblock 50 SPF or higher.
PERMANENT EYELINER
BEFORE APPOINTMENT:

Important: This treatment is not for clients who are pregnant, nursing, diabetic, undergoing chemotherapy, had Botox, Juvaderm, Radiesse, or Voluma 2 weeks prior, used Latisse® 3 months prior, used Accutane or steroids 6 months prior, had an organ transplant, have epilepsy, have an active skin condition, or are sick with cold or flu-like symptoms. We will not be able to tattoo over and blemishes sores or moles around the eye area.

Wear comfortable clothing. Make sure you remove your contacts and do not use them 48 hours prior to your procedure. Do not wear , makeup, moisturizers, or sunblock around the eye area prior to your appointment. Retinoids should not be used 7 days before the procedure. Do not have facial treatments like chemical peels or laser light therapy done 60 days before your appointment. Do not tan. Avoid prolonged sun exposure at least 30 days prior to your procedure. Do not use growth products like Rapidlash® or Revitalash® at least 1 week prior to your appointment. Lash extensions must be removed completely prior to your procedure. Do not use an eyelash curler the day of your procedure. Do not consume alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E, niacin, and ibuprofen 48 hours before treatment.

AFTER CARE:
Avoid , hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, hot showers, or swimming until eye line is healed. Avoid excessive sweating for the first 10 days. Avoid direct contact with water. Do not use oil based products on your lashes, especially Vaseline. Do not use, makeup, creams, and moisturizers for the first 10 days. Should you need to cleanse the area use makeup wipes instead of cleansers or soaps. Avoid , hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, hot showers, or swimming. Do not get facial massages, skin treatments, or use exfoliants while your eyes are healing. Avoid the use of retinoids, glycolic acid, AHA, and BHA treatments after your appointment. Do not schedule any facial treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, or microderm abrasion, or laser light therapy until a month after your appointment. Do not rub, scratch or pick at scabbing and dead skin.
PERMANENT LIP BLUSH
BEFORE APPOINTMENT:

Important: This treatment may cause cold sores to develop if you have already been exposed or had them in the past. To prevent this we suggest taking antiviral medication prior to your procedure to avoid an outbreak. Even if you have not experienced an outbreak in the past it is still highly suggested our clients take L-lysine 2 weeks before and after their treatment.

Wear comfortable clothing. Make sure your lips are fully hydrated. We suggest drinking lots or water and using a protectant at least 1 week before your appointment. If you would like to exfoliate your lips before the procedure please do so with a natural exfoliant 3 days prior to your appointment.

AFTER CARE:
Avoid letting your lips become dry. To do this tap a liberal amount of ointment on multiple times a day with a clean Q-tip. Do not rub ointment on the lips. Your lips may become tender or flaky. Do not scratch or pick at them. Avoid excess sun exposure and tanning (natural or tanning bed). Use of a sunblock SPF 30 or higher is suggested. Do not use products like BHA, AHA, Glycolic acid, or any fruit acids on the lip. Avoid , hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, hot showers, or swimming until lips are healed. You can resume wear lip makeup after lips have healed. Avoid consuming oily, salty, and acid foods as well as alcohol while lips are healing.

IS MY PREPAYMENT/ DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?
​
All deposits and pre payments are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.
HOW MUCH OF THE DEPOSIT IS DUE AT BOOKING?
​
We require a deposit of 50% of the service cost at the time of booking. The deposit can be paid online or over the phone.
WHEN CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
​
Cancellations may be made 24 hours before the time of your appointment by phone or email. The deposit will be refunded automatically (in a few business days). If you cancel after our 24 hour cancellation window for any reason (you’re sick, stuck in traffic, car accident, stuck at another appointment, your nanny called off, etc.) your deposit will not be refunded. No shows will be charge a 50% deposit with no refund. In case you have multiple service appointments and you need to cancel, please make sure that you cancel them all for that day.

HOW DO I PLACE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

AIDA Beauty will accept returns and refunds on any orders placed through our website within 30 days of purchase. We are only able to accept returns for items purchased through www.aidabeauty.com. If you purchased an AIDA Beauty item from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer’s return/exchange policy.
